You are welcome to bring your dog along. The dog run is fully enclosed by a fence, so you can let your dog off the leash and let them run.

02One group a day, the whole house
We host only one group per day, and you have the entire house to yourselves. The house sleeps up to 8 (please ask us if there are 9 or more of you), so gather your friends for a BBQ and enjoy the place at your own pace.

Walk down to the sea with your dog for the sunrise, or soak in the jacuzzi and sauna and let the week fall away. It is a kind of time you can only have at WAN.PAKU99. There is a convenience store nearby for anything you forget.

- A cleaning fee of ¥12,000 is charged separately.
- We host up to 8 guests as a rule. Please ask us in advance if your group is larger.
- Infants stay free (¥2,000 if a futon is needed).

- Card payment is available when booking through Airbnb. Direct bookings are by bank transfer only.
Before you book
- A facility fee of ¥5,000 per person applies to non-staying guests who use the property only. Please let us know in advance before you use it.
- Day guests who remain on the property after 21:00 will be charged for one additional night.
- Early check-in and late check-out are available at ¥5,000 per hour, per group.
- If we find that guests have stayed overnight without telling us, we will charge twice the accommodation fee.
- If the house rules are not followed, we may end your stay. In that case we cannot refund the accommodation fee.

Dogs welcome (no cats) — rules apply
- As a rule, only small dogs may stay.
- Your dog sleeps in a crate that you bring with you.
- If your dog has an accident or causes damage inside the house — to a bed, a sofa or anything else — please tell us. We may ask you to cover cleaning or repair costs.
- Please keep your dog off the beds.
- The first dog stays free. Each additional dog is ¥2,000.
- We keep a few spare pet supplies, but not many, so please bring your own to be safe.
- Owners are responsible for picking up after their dog.
General notes

- We do not serve meals. Please bring your own food.
- A swimsuit is required in the jacuzzi. Please bring your own.
- Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please bring a portable ashtray.
- There are homes nearby, so please avoid eating, drinking and making noise in the garden after 20:00. Parties and loud music are not permitted at any hour.
- We will charge for cleaning or repairs if food or drink is spilled, if there is soiling from vomiting, or if anything is damaged beyond normal use.
- This is a pet-friendly house. Please follow the pet rules carefully.
- The area is surrounded by nature, so you may come across insects. We appreciate your understanding.
BBQ (free to use)
- The BBQ equipment is free to use — just bring your ingredients.
- One box of charcoal is included. You can buy more at the nearby FamilyMart.
- Please hand-wash the cooking equipment and dishes after use.

- Please read the house rules in full before booking. They are here to keep you safe and comfortable.
- Cancellations up to 14 days in advance are free.
- Cancellations 13 to 7 days in advance: 50% of the total.
- Cancellations 6 days in advance through to the day itself: 100% of the total.
- Booking through LINE gets you a better rate.
